Monday to Friday: 17:00-07:30
Saturday & Sunday: All Day

This service is for urgent issues affecting safety, security, or access.

Our out-of-hours call-out schedule & rates:
- Out-of-hours (Mon-Fri between 17:00-22:00)
First hour: £400 +VAT
Hourly rate: £123 +VAT

- Unsociable hours (Mon-Fri between 22:00-06:00, Saturday & Sunday)
First hour: £400 +VAT
Hourly rate: £164 +VAT

*Subject to additional uplift for sites further than 40 miles from Polbeth
